Spokane Fall Festival of Homes/Chefs Event Huge Success

I was honored and excited to be an active committee member with the Spokane Home Builders Association through Northwest Trends Flooring America and see the Fall Festival of Chefs come to fruition. Yesterday marked the first annual Fall Festival of Chefs event which was exciting, entertaining, and delicious. This event was open to folks age 21 and older and offered local chefs serving sample-sized portions of some of their signature dishes in several of the Fall Festival of Homes locations. They also had samples of local wine and beer and many of the homes featured live music!

The tickets were $35 each and a portion of the proceeds went to help the Womens & Children's FREE RESTAURANT & COMMUNITY KITCHEN. Women and Children's Free Restaurant & Community Kitchen is a vital safety net that fills nutritional gaps for women and children in need while fostering dignity and respect, both within our restaurant and in the community.
